A NEW FLUID-APPLIED LIQUID ROOF MEMBRANE SYSTEM that is SEAMLESS, FULLY REINFORCED, and WARRANTED

A fraction of the cost of a roof replacement. We offer a 5-year warranty for .020 mil. membrane applications and the manufacturer offers a full 10-year warranty for .045 mil. fully reinforced membrane applications. This is the best thing to ever hit the roofing industry and it works superbly on EPDM and even some SHINGLED roof applicatons.

Modified Bitumen and Asphalt/BUR

Leaks in these roof systems are generally hard to find. Most common issues are seam failure, alligatoring, ponding water and membrane degradation. We recommend installing a 45-mil, fully reinforced acrylic liquid membrane system. And we can address the areas where ponding water occurs with one of our low-slope coatings.

Single Ply - EPDM (rubber), TPO, and other similar systems

This is the most popular membrane used in the commercial roof market. These "single ply" membrane roofs are more easily susceptible to damage than other roofs. Leaks generally occur from fastener punctures, seam failure and negligence. We recommend either a 45-mil fully reinforced roof coating system, or a 20-mil roof coating system with reinforcement at the seams.

Metal

Metal roofs are perfect candidates for a liquid roof membrane system. Common issues with metal roofs are rust, seams and flashing details, and most leaks occur due to loose seams, and loose or missing screws. We recommend detailing the seams, screws and flashings, and installing a 20-mil seamless acrylic roof coating system.

Securock Roof Deck

This is a newer type substrate, generally used in the restoration of old gravel roofs. Once the loose gravel is removed, the Securock is adhered to the roof. We recommend reinforcing all the seams and the entire substrate with polyester fabric and the acrylic roof coating system.

Polyisocyanurate (ISO)

This is used in restoring old roofs and adding R-Value on the top side of the roof membrane. We recommend to reinforce all the seams and the entire roof with Polyester Fabric and the Acrylic roof coating, resulting in a seamless roof membrane system.

We offer both Material and System Warranties. Elastomeric Roof Coating Systems are a fraction of the cost of a new roof. This seamless system provides the waterproofing protection for your roof, plus the UV resistance and reflectivity properties to help reduce your energy costs. The durability and flexibility of our systems will increase the service life of the roof.
