We temporarily repair any leaking problems found and educate our clients as to overall existing conditions – potential problem areas – and our experts thoroughly document in detail any areas of potential failure.

Another of our services is our PERIODIC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION (either two or four times a year) so you can remain proactive and keep tabs on the condition of your roof.  We check for any damage, and keep all drains and gutters clear so they function properly.

Our goal is to eliminate roof leaks BEFORE the water does major damage to the insulation, steel, wood, ceiling tiles, electrical equipment, computers, carpets, etc. 

Our primary focus is “real” customer service and we also offer a very UNIQUE CONSULTING SERVICE not available from other roofing companies. When the time comes for a replacement roof and you hire Gamble Roofing Services, we become YOUR ADVOCATE ON YOUR ROOF. What that means is that, typically, if you don’t have a consultant involved, you have to rely upon the word of whatever roofing company you may wind up dealing with. Our presence as your advocate insures you’ll get what you’re paying for every time. What we do is bring in our field estimator to thoroughly analyze your roof and draw up the absolute best solution to your reroofing project. Following that, we contact various roofing manufacturers seeking the best materials, applications, and factory warranties. We then invite a few of the very best roofing companies for competitive bidding and we are, at that point, your advocates on the roof working only for you. We will walk you through the entire bidding process and assist you in making the best decision regarding which company to choose. We are there on your behalf through every step of the process to monitor all stages from cost of materials analysis to the job in progress all the way through to completion and final inspection.

In a nutshell, he was typically the customer relations / quality control / damage control / problem solver guy for three major companies for nearly ten years. Before that, he was down and dirty in the field on the roof; laying roofs, supervising crews and responsible for major re-roofing projects. Mike has dealt with just about every kind of roofing problem one can think of from water falling on two-million-dollar MRI machines in hospitals to water dripping on Wachovia Bank CEOs kitchen counter to finding solutions to major weather-related catastrophes to total system failures due to substandard installations and more. He is known as the best forensic leak investigator and problem solver in the region.
